Underfloor Heating plates
Underfloor Heating Spreader plates were added to the TAB Portfolio of products in 2017 when TAB acquired the Autron tooling from AGM group.
Having adapted the tooling to work in the more efficient pressbrake machines at TAB, a wide variety of products including single or multiple groove underfloor heating plates for 15mm, 16mm 17mm and 20mm pipework up to 1m long in the economical 0.4mm thick aluminium, industry standard 0.5mm thick aluminium or premium 0.7mm thick aluminium. Tooling is now being considered to offer snap off sections and grooves for the smaller 12mm dia pipework that is becoming increasingly more popular.
The tooling is designed to produce omega shaped self retaining grooves that do not need any retaining straps.
Any number of grooves can be formed in each plate with centres distances to suit customer requirements.
The plates are boxed in manageable economical packs depending upon plate size and thickness with the most popular plate (390mm wide with 2 grooves to suit 16mm pipework at 200mm centres in 0,5mm thick aluminium) in packs of 40 available ex-stock.
